What Is the Poderm Method?

How It Works
1. Initial Assessment & Preparation (60 minutes) Your appointment starts with a full assessment of your nails. Your podiatrist will explain the Method, talk through consent, and take clinical photos so progress can be tracked over time. The affected part of the nail is then carefully trimmed and gently drilled back to healthy nail — a painless process that allows the Poderm Duo to reach the source of the infection more effectively. Your podiatrist applies the first dose during your appointment so you can see exactly how it's done, then you take the same pack home to continue treatment.
2. Daily Home Treatment
You'll apply your Poderm Duo (Serum + Booster) twice daily at home. Each pack lasts roughly 4 months of regular use.
3. Six-Weekly Reviews (30 minutes) Regular follow-up appointments allow your podiatrist to reduce any newly affected nail growth, check progress, and keep treatment on track. Full nail regrowth can take anywhere from 6 to 12 months depending on the severity of the infection, so your treatment plan is built around your own timeline.
